We blended Bright Eyes as a full strength wine then passed it through a very special filter. This filter uses a very tight membrane that separates a stream of alcohol and water from the rest of the wine, all we do then is remove alcohol from this stream and add the rest back to the wine – voila! Same wine, less alcohol. Careful selection of base wines means the resulting wine is still full of flavour and ready to please.
